Litigation should always be the last resort for resolving commercial disputes. Commercial litigation is not all about aggressive advocacy. Understanding the larger picture (client’s business objectives) and developing a strategy to achieve those objectives in the most cost-efficient way is what we do. We will make every effort to help clients resolve their disputes at an early stage, but we also recognize when a brokered resolution is not in the client’s best interest. Business litigation can arise from any situation involving partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, employment disputes, franchise and licensing disputes, real estate disputes, and any other disputes involving any viable business-related issues. We will not hesitate to go to court where there is no other way to resolve disputes.
